The Environmental Charter School will use the core curriculum of Imagine Schools. This core program will be enhanced with an environmental theme using the Green Woods Charter School Curriculum, known as Using the Environment as an Integrating Context (EIC). The Green Woods school is the only other environmentally themed charter school in Pennsylvania. Their curriculum has received an Exemplary Status Award from the PA Department of Education's Office of Environment & Ecology. We will infuse this program with a local footprint and will weave environmental concepts into social studies, language arts, and mathematics as appropriate.
